Do credits expire?
No, credits never expire. Once purchased, they remain in your account indefinitely.
What happens if processing fails?
If an image fails to process, you receive an automatic credit refund for that image. We also offer refunds for unusable results (below 50% confidence).
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime. You'll retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of your billing period, and any unused credits remain in your account.
Do subscription credits stack with volume discounts?
Yes! Subscription discounts and volume discounts stack together, up to a maximum of 50% total discount.
Do you offer refunds for credit purchases?
We offer refunds for unused credits within 30 days of purchase. Partially used credit packages are refunded pro-rata. Contact support for assistance.
