How do I get started?
Simply create a free account to receive 5 free credits. Then upload your scanned documents and start processing. You'll receive your transcription, translation, and structured extraction within minutes.
What file formats are supported?
We accept JPG, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, and WebP image formats. Files can be up to 20 MB each. For best results, use scans at 300 DPI or higher.
How long does processing take?
Most images are processed within 1-5 minutes. Processing time may vary based on document complexity and current system load.
What happens if processing fails?
If an image fails to process, you'll receive an automatic credit refund for that image. We also offer partial refunds if only some images in a batch fail.
